Questions
- What counts as one forecast?
- One forecast is one prepared weather package for a course and a model. Re-routing with a package you already have costs nothing, whether you change the departure time or the course inside the same area. Asking for an area that is already prepared does not use one either.
- What can I use today?
- The free workspace is the place to start. Paid checkout appears only in deployments where it has been configured; otherwise the page says so and does not take a payment.
- What happens when a route expires?
- The share link starts returning "expired" rather than "not found", so someone opening an old link is told what happened rather than left guessing. Export the route beforehand if you need to keep it.
- Where can I get help?
- Use the account and route guides for the current workflow, or contact support with the route and account details you can safely share.
